Due to the perishable nature of tea products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong product.

• The product was damaged during shipping.

• The product is expired or defective on arrival.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Items returned after 3 days of delivery
